International orders outside the USA and Canada: Australia Post occasionally pauses or delays deliveries to certain countries for reasons outside our control, and this changes often. Before ordering, please check that Australia Post is currently delivering to your country here: Australia Post international service updates. If we are unable to ship to your destination, we will email you and arrange a full refund.
How long will my parcel take?
Australia
Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
Express: 1-3 business days
New Zealand
Standard shipping: 5-12 business days
Express: 3-7 business days
UK
Standard shipping: 10-15 business days
Express upgrade: 5-8 business days
USA & Canada
We have recently set up a warehouse in North America for our US and Canadian based mamas.

Dispatch
Dispatch is the time between when you place your order and when we hand it over to the post office.
- We usually dispatch within 24 hours (always within 48 hours).
- Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
- You’ll get a tracking link once your order has left us.

Within Australia we use Australia Post
For international parcels we use Australia Post International & local partners (NZ Post, Royal Mail, Canada Post etc)

Can I upgrade to express?
Yes. At checkout you’ll see an option to add Express shipping for a small fee.
Do I need to sign for delivery?
We do not require a signature. However, some local carriers (e.g. USPS in the USA) may add one at their discretion. This is outside our control.
What about duties?
As duties (customs taxes) differ by country and provider, and are not known ahead of time, they are not something we cover. If you are purchasing internationally, this may come up for you as an extra charge upon delivery and is unfortunately just part of the international post system in the world today.
My parcel is taking longer than expected, what can I do?
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are out of our hands. Please allow the timeframe above before contacting us. If your order is significantly overdue, reach out and we’ll help track it down.
